Apple iPhone 6 coming with 4GB RAM from Samsung

There are always report coming on competition between two tech giants, Apple andSamsung.

But a recent report indicated that Samsung may provide Apple the fastest RAM for its upcoming iPhone 6.

PatentApple reported that Samsung was working on mass production of 20 Nano class 4GB RAM for its next generation iPhone.

“It’s beng reported that Samsung Elecronics started mass-production of 20 Nano class 5Gb low-power DDR3 mobile RAM (LPDDR3) yesterday afternoon,” the site said.

But it has linked the thinkg with Apple’s nod to coninue Samsung as its supplier. Continue reading …
